Brockington was formerly corporate finance planning and performance manager for BP.
Randolph is the senior vice president and executive director for City Year.

The Louisiana Policy Institute for Children recently added Kristen Brown, James “Jim” Tucker and John Diez to its board of directors.
Brown is president and majority owner of Brown Builders, a Bossier City general contractor and design-builder. She earned a bachelor’s in broadcast journalism and accounting from Washington and Lee University and a law degree from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
Tucker is president and CEO of CommCare Management Corporation, managing agent for CommCare Corporation, the largest not-for-profit, skilled nursing home operator in Louisiana. From 2001 to 2012, he served as a representative in the Louisiana Legislature and was Speaker of the House from 2008 to 2012. He earned a bachelor’s in finance from the University of New Orleans.
Diez serves as a public and government affairs adviser for ExxonMobil. He earned a degree in political science from Nicholls State University.
