Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is setting major hair goals with her icy blonde hair transformation. Days ahead of Met Gala, the fashionista debuted her platinum blonde hair at the Homeboy Industries’ 2024 Lo Máximo 2024 Awards and Fundraising Gala in Los Angeles on April 27.
The SKIMS founder, who is a natural brunette, underwent a couple of sessions to get the desired results without drying out her tresses. Kim’s hairstylist Chris Appleton shared photos of the transformation on her official Instagram handle and wrote, “Icy Kimmy. We wanted to keep a short root and the blonde cool and creamy. I coloured it in a couple of sessions to keep the integrity of the hair nice and juicy.” Check it out below!

Kim’s fans went wild over her new look. One fan wrote, “Literal perfection.” Another commented, “So gorgeous, can’t take my eyes off of her.” A third user said, “Met Gala is coming, what’s brewing at the Kim Kamp?”
Meanwhile, Kim recently grabbed headlines for her years-long feud with Taylor Swift after she unveiled her 11th studio album The Tortured Poets Department on April 19. Taylor released a track titled “thanK you aIMee” about a bully, who many believe is none other than Kim.
There are several references to the reality TV star in the track and even the letters K, I and M are capitalised in the song title to spell the makeup mogul’s first name. Since the song’s release, Kim has lost over 500,000 thousand followers on Instagram and Swifties believe that it’s because of the diss track.
