With the <span data-shortcode="annotation" data-id="356" data-text="Spurs" data-canon="San Antonio Spurs" data-type="SPORTS_OBJECT_TEAM" data-league-abbreviation="NBA" data-team-abbreviation="SA">Spurs</span> missing so many key players as the regular season winds down, Champagnie is getting more opportunities and certainly made the most of it Tuesday. The Spurs have already been eliminated from playoff contention and are looking after the health of their 19-year-old budding superstar.<br><span data-shortcode="annotation" data-id="2893115" data-text="Mamukelashvili" data-canon="Sandro Mamukelashvili" data-type="SPORTS_OBJECT_PLAYER" data-league-abbreviation="NBA" data-team-abbreviation="SA">Mamukelashvili</span> will join the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against Memphis.<br>Mamukelashvili will start alongside Victor Wembanyama since Keldon Johnson is sitting out with an ankle issue. It's unfortunate timing for the second-year big, with the end-of-season stretch representing an opportunity to showcase himself if he can get healthy.<br><span data-shortcode="annotation" data-id="2166493" data-text="Osman" data-canon="Cedi Osman" data-type="SPORTS_OBJECT_PLAYER" data-league-abbreviation="NBA" data-team-abbreviation="SA">Osman</span> (ankle) will not play Tuesday versus Memphis.<br>Osman continues to be sidelined due to a right ankle sprain, with the Turk set to miss his third consecutive game Tuesday. His next opportunity to take the court comes in short order, with San Antonio closing a back-to-back Wednesday versus Oklahoma City.<br><span data-shortcode="annotation" data-id="3042075" data-text="Johnson" data-canon="Keldon Johnson" data-type="SPORTS_OBJECT_PLAYER" data-league-abbreviation="NBA" data-team-abbreviation="SA">Johnson</span> (foot) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against Memphis.<br>Johnson entered Sunday's loss to Philadelphia dealing with a foot injury, and he could have aggravated the issue in addition to suffering an ankle sprain in the final minutes of regulation Sunday. Johnson drove baseline under the basket and landed on his left foot, with his ankle turning to touch the ground beneath his full body weight, so his status is likely in jeopardy for the second half of San Antonio's back-to-back Wednesday versus Oklahoma City as well.<br><span data-shortcode="annotation" data-id="3141486" data-text="Champagnie" data-canon="Julian Champagnie" data-type="SPORTS_OBJECT_PLAYER" data-league-abbreviation="NBA" data-team-abbreviation="SA">Champagnie</span> closed Sunday's 133-126 double-overtime loss to the 76ers with 17 points (5-10 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and two steals over 40 minutes.<br>The 17 points tied his season high, while Champagnie's eight boards represented his best effort on the glass since he closed the 2022-23 campaign with a double-double. The second-year guard has taken on a larger role during this latest stint in the starting five, averaging 18.0 points, 3.3 threes, 2.5 boards and 2.0 assists in 36.5 minutes per game. He finished with seven points (2-8 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 24 minutes.<br>Johnson had missed the <span data-shortcode="annotation" data-id="356" data-text="Spurs" data-canon="San Antonio Spurs" data-type="SPORTS_OBJECT_TEAM" data-league-abbreviation="NBA" data-team-abbreviation="SA">Spurs</span>' previous three games with a left foot sprain before being cleared to play Sunday. He appeared to aggravate the injury in the fourth quarter, as he immediately headed to the locker room before quickly being ruled out for the rest of the contest. It seems unlikely that his head injury will be a long-term concern.<br><span data-shortcode="annotation" data-id="3141486" data-text="Champagnie" data-canon="Julian Champagnie" data-type="SPORTS_OBJECT_PLAYER" data-league-abbreviation="NBA" data-team-abbreviation="SA">Champagnie</span> went to the locker room in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the 76ers due to an apparent laceration on his head, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports.<br>Champagnie was inadvertently head-butted by Keldon Johnson in the second quarter, and Champagnie had to go to the locker room to address an apparent laceration.
