2024 kicked off with a handful of Hollywood duos calling it quits. Fans were shocked when The Bachelorette couple Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo split after four years of marriage. Us Weekly confirmed on January 2 that the chiropractor filed for divorce from the former leading lady and requested spousal support.
“If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I don’t like to put my personal affairs on social media and like to keep a safe space for our family,” Abasolo wrote via an Instagram statement. “Many of you know me as a chiropractor, and also a husband, my proudest role so far. After more than 4 years of marriage, Rachel and I have made the difficult decision to part ways and start anew.”

Richard filed for divorce from Quinn after two years of marriage on April 5, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split according to court documents obtained by Us.

The pair, who share kids Olivia, Elula and Montgomery, split after nearly 14 years of marriage.
“After a long tennis match lasting over twenty years, we are finally putting our racquets down,” the pair announced in a joint Instagram Story statement on April 5. “In 2023 we jointly filed to end our marriage. We have always prioritized our privacy, and have been quietly working through this change.”
They went on to note that they will “forever share in our devotion and love for our children,” adding, “We sincerely appreciate your respecting our family’s wish for privacy.”

The pair announced their split via social media on April 3 after five years of marriage, writing, "After a period of separation, the two of us have arrived at the decision to part ways. We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the same time we spent together.”

Spelling officially filed for divorce on March 29, nine months after separating from McDermott.
In June 2023, McDermott posted a breakup announcement on his Instagram only to delete it several hours later. They eventually separated for good that same month over his struggles with alcohol. (McDermott is now sober.)

Us confirmed on March 27 that the Selling Sunset star filed for divorce from Jeff after seven years of marriage. Chelsea cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation. She also requested joint physical and legal custody of their two children, Maddox and Melia.

News broke on March 4 that the Teen Mom 2 star filed for separation from Eason at the end of February. According to court documents obtained by The Sun, Evans submitted the forms with the “intent that the separation be permanent.”

The pair confirmed their split on March 1 after less than two years of marriage. “My heart hurts,” Garrett told Us Weekly in a statement. “I did not want to have to file for divorce. I was doing everything in my power to work on our marriage. I only wish the very best in life for her and [her son], Loyal.”
Abbott, for her part, asked for privacy as she navigates the next chapter of her relationship.
“It is unfortunate that the actions and intentions of individuals involved in this situation have led to the exposure of personal and sensitive information,” she told Us. “I believe that matters of this nature should be resolved in a private and respectful manner. I ask for privacy at this time to focus on my family.”

Berry, who shares son Sasha with Apa, confirmed their split in February after four years of dating.
“I think it’s better to have parents, who are separated, who are happy and who can be the best version of themselves, than staying together in a situation that is not working,” the model said in a social media Q&A. "I am not with my son 50 percent of the time and therefore won't know 50 percent of his life. That is something that is hard to accept."

Summer House star Feher confirmed during the January 16 episode of the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast that she and Keefer, who she met on season 7 of the Bravo show, had split after more than one year together.

Us confirmed on January 2 that Abasolo filed for divorce from Lindsay after four years of marriage. While Lindsay did not immediately publicly respond to Abasolo filing for divorce, she previously gave insight into the rough waters she faced.
“Definitely one of the hardest years of my life, but choosing to focus on grateful moments and carrying that energy into 2024,” Lindsay wrote via Instagram on December 31 to ring in the new year.

The Backstreet Boys singer confirmed on January 1 that he and wife Rochelle decided to end their marriage after a trial separation. “As you all know we have been separated for over a year now. While we have hoped for reconciliation we have decided to officially end our marriage. It is with deep love and respect that we have made this decision,” the duo wrote in a joint statement shared via Instagram. “Our focus now is moving forward in the healthiest possible way with friendship and coparenting our girls at the forefront of this next chapter.
