The apartments will be walkable to Judkins Park Station, about four blocks north.
Plans go back some eight years to put apartments on the corner at 2029 24th Ave. S. That’s at South Hill Street, in the Rainier Valley, about four blocks south of the future Judkins Park Station. An investor acquired three old houses there during 2014-2015, then redrew the boundary lines.
