Tiago Castro appointed Americas vice president
INFINITI Motor Company announces the appointment of Tiago Castro as vice president, INFINITI Americas, effective April 1, 2025. Castro will be responsible for INFINITI’s overall performance in the United States, Canada and Mexico, including strategic direction, planning, operations, the retail network, and sales and marketing efforts. With his extensive background in marketing and sales, product strategy, dealer network development, and customer satisfaction, Tiago will play a key role in driving INFINITI's brand renewal, underscored by a portfolio evolution and an enhanced commitment to exceptional client service.
NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–INFINITI Motor Company announces the appointment of Tiago Castro as vice president, INFINITI Americas, effective April 1, 2025. Castro will be responsible for INFINITI’s overall performance in the United States, Canada and Mexico, including strategic direction, planning, operations, the retail network, and sales and marketing efforts.
With his extensive background in marketing and sales, product strategy, dealer network development, and customer satisfaction, Tiago will play a key role in driving INFINITI’s brand renewal, underscored by a portfolio evolution and an enhanced commitment to exceptional client service.

Castro replaces Craig Keeys, who has been named regional vice president overseeing Nissan’s Central Region.
Currently, Castro is regional vice president for Nissan’s Midwest region, where he holds responsibility for sales and marketing, incentive spending, distribution, dealer network development, financial controls, and dealer and customer satisfaction.
Previously, he was senior director, Nissan Brazil Marketing & Sales, leading the brand’s strategic direction, retail and marketing efforts, dealer network development, customer quality, aftersales, and electrification. Prior to this, Castro oversaw the North American Light Commercial Vehicle Business Unit for Nissan.
Castro joined Nissan in 2003 as a research and development CO-OP student in Farmington Hills, Mich. He holds a bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University and an MBA from Michigan State University’s Broad Graduate School of Business. He is also a graduate of Nissan’s Global Executive Training program with The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
He will be based at INFINITI Americas headquarters in Franklin.
