The village of Pinehurst will soon look to pare back its two municipal surveys in an effort to save money and glean more poignant data.
In partnership with the ETC Institute, which specializes in market research, the village has administered a community and business survey for years. Responses are collated to develop statistically significant assessments of resident and business satisfaction on the quality of village services.
