Bixby (Okla.) 13, Booker T. Washington 0: The Wildcats were no-hit by the Spartans.
The game went the full seven innings, despite the score, with Bixby leading, 9-0, after six frames. The Spartans tallied four more in the final stanza to close out the game.
Tristan Pack earned the loss for Booker T. with three innings on the mound, allowing two runs (one earned). Lucas Parkhurst, in 1 2/3 innings, allowed two earned runs. Angel Zuniga allowed four runs (three earned) in 1 1/3 innings. JJ Startzel allowed four earned runs in 2/3 of an inning. Nick Freeman recorded 1/3 of an inning on the mound. Donovan Camacho allowed one earned run.
Booker T. (3-11) plays Blanchard (Okla.) on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Gulf Breeze 17, Yukon (Okla.) 16: The Dolphins won a high-scoring affair in extra innings over the Millers.
Offense definitely was not at a premium in Gulf Breeze, with the Dolphins leading, 4-3, after three innings. As Gulf Breeze continued, it took a 11-5 advantage following the fifth frame. However, Yukon crawled back with a seven-run sixth inning. Gulf Breeze still had the advantage, 14-13.
Yukon plated two runs in the top of the seventh, and the Dolphins tied the game in the bottom half of the inning. In the top of the ninth, Yukon broke the tie with two runs before Gulf Breeze walked it off in the bottom of the ninth.
Tommy Regan led Gulf Breeze with four hits, including a double and a home run, plus a run and an astounding eight RBIs. Jake Hooten tallied four hits, also with a double and a home run, plus five runs and four RBIs. Roman Jackson singled four times and scored five times. Nate Adams singled with three runs and Presley Moseley had a hit and two runs. Patrick Duval plated a run while Cameron Hoeft added an RBI.
On the mound, Cody Hardman earned the win with just 1/3 of an inning on the mound, but closing out the game late. Hoeft struck out five batters in four innings, allowing five runs (four earned). Massimo Pischetola fanned two batters in 3 1/3 innings with four runs allowed (three earned). Ky Cook, in 1 1/3 innings, struck out two batters and allowed seven runs (four earned).
Gulf Breeze (8-4) plays Booker T. Washington (Okla.) on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Holmes County 6, Jay 5: The Royals fell narrowly to the Blue Devils on the road.
Jay led 2-1 after three innings, followed by three more unanswered runs to go up, 5-1, after the top of the seventh. Holmes County walked it off with a five-run seventh frame to take the game.
Stats for Jay haven’t been reported yet.
Jay (7-5) goes to TR Miller (Ala.) on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
Milton 7, Navarre 4: The Panthers snapped a four-game losing streak after topping the Raiders.
Milton initially led, 4-2, after the first inning before plating another run in the fourth frame. Both teams scored twice in the fifth stanza to round out the scoring.
Parker McCoy tallied two hits and a run for Milton. Harley Messer also tallied two singles. Brayden Barrow had a hit, two runs and an RBI. Brayden Sidelinger tallied a single with a run. William Barninger posted a hit. Samuel Schumann (2) and Cade Burdette plated runs, while Jake Albrecht (2) and Emmett Battles added RBIs.
Messer threw four innings on the mound with four strikeouts, allowing two unearned runs. Albrecht, in three innings, struck out four batters and allowed two unearned runs.
Bo Shipley had three hits and two runs to pace Navarre. Jalen Rasmussen tallied two hits, a run and an RBI. Kaleb Forrest doubled while Michael Jackson singled. Garrett Gilbert plated a run, and Bryce English added an RBI.
English recorded the loss on the mound with three strikeouts in 2 1/3 innings, allowing four unearned runs. Colton Deman, in 4 2/3 innings, fanned four batters and allowed three runs (one earned).
Navarre (4-12) goes to Choctaw on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Milton (7-5) plays Escambia on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Pace 13, Tampa Prep 2: The Patriots won their first game of the Florida League Invitational against the Terrapins.
Pace led 8-2 after two innings. With three runs in the fourth and fifth frames, the Patriots hit the 10-run rule and ended the game early.
Stats were not reported yet for Pace.
Pace (9-2) takes on Seminole on Wednesday at 10 a.m.
Noble (Okla.) 6, Pensacola Catholic 1: The Crusaders fell to the Bears at home.
Noble scored all of its runs consecutively with three in the first inning, one in the second, one in the third and another in the fourth. Pensacola Catholic erased the shutout with a run in the bottom of the fourth.
Colton Guillot had two hits to lead Pensacola Catholic. Ben Bates tallied a hit and an RBI. Drew Collins and Rhyland Richards both singled. Lane Grissett plated the Crusaders’ lone run.
Gabe Mercado earned the loss on the mound with two strikeouts in four innings, allowing six runs (two earned). Nick Shashaty fanned two batters in two innings, while Caige Bratcher recorded an inning on the mound.
Pensacola Catholic (4-7) takes on Broken Arrow (Okla.) on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Tate 5, Charles Page (Okla.) 4: The Aggies won a narrow game over the Sandites.
Both teams plated a run in the first inning before Charles Page tallied three runs in the top of the third. Tate closed out the game with a three-run fifth inning before scoring the game-winner in the bottom of the sixth.
Kaden Posta had three hits, with a triple, plus a run and an RBI for the Aggies. Cal Foxworth singled twice and scored a run. Connor Dethlefs had a hit and two runs, while Taite Davis singled with two RBIs. Nathan Connors also had a hit. Hunter Clayton plated a run.
Keelan Beasley earned the win on the mound with four strikeouts in four innings. Sheppard Edgar, in three innings, fanned three batters and allowed four earned runs.
Tate (8-5) hosts Yukon (Okla.) on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
