This as we continue to recognize the most outstanding individuals in not only commercial and residential real estate, but also within engineering, architecture, design and construction.
Industrial properties remain the standout performer, with warehouse and distribution facilities experiencing robust demand.
While it’s no secret that office space presents a more complex picture, still Class A properties in prime locations are showing signs of recovery with modest increase in occupancy, particularly those offering flexible arrangements and amenities.
The retail sector is evolving with traditional enclosed malls going the wayside of open, mixed-use developments. This also includes the trend of healthcare providers taking over vacant, anchor brick-and-mortar department stores and tenants.
