
Curtis Jones, Iowa State‘s standout sixth man, was named second-team All-Big 12 by the USA TODAY Sports Network on Tuesday.
A panel of writers inside the network who cover the Big 12 Conference released its individual awards for the 2024-25 men’s college basketball season.
Jones led the Cyclones with 17.0 points per game, while shooting 42.1% overall and 36.6% from deep. The senior guard also averaged 4.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.2 steals per game.
The panel voted on All-Big 12 first and second teams, consisting of five players each, then conference player, coach, newcomer and defensive player of the year.
