
Oakdale won its second title in three years at the LHSAA Girls Basketball tournament Saturday night, edging Oak Grove 48-43.
Two players named Bradley were in the spotlight in the Division III nonselect final played at SLU’s University Center.
Kaylee Bradley led top-seeded Oakdale with a team-high 22 points. She had five rebounds, four steals and was 10 of 10 from the free throw line for the Warriors, who won the Division IV nonselect title in 2023.
Kaylee Bradley made four free throws in the final 17 seconds to help clinch the win.
Oak Grove’s Caroline Bradley tallied a game-high 38 points and 22 rebounds before fouling out in the final minute and was voted the title-game MVP.
The 6-foot-5 sophomore, who is one of the nation’s top 2027 prospects, made 18 of 26 field goal attempts and also blocked six shots. OGHS finished 21-3.
