The madness of March continues in women’s college basketball on Saturday with a loaded slate of games.
And by the end of the night, several conferences across the country will be one game away from handing out their respective automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
Headlining Saturday’s slate of women’s conference tournament action is semifinal games in each of the Power 4 conferences: the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12 and SEC.
There are seven games on the schedule that feature top 25 teams facing off against each other, including two in the SEC tournament, two in the ACC, two in the Big 12 and one in the Big Ten.
JuJu Watkins and No. 2 USC kick off the semifinals of the Big Ten tournament against Michigan, who routed No. 15 Maryland 98-71 on Friday. Watkins is coming off her seventh game this season in which she finished with at least 30 points.
Paige Bueckers and No. 3 UConn begin their quest for a fifth straight Big East conference tournament title, when they take on St. John’s at noon ET at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.
