The Crimson Tide (16-2), following a 40-point loss to No. 7 Texas on Jan. 9, went on the road Sunday and defeated Ole Miss, 84-78. That win gave Alabama its third road and third conference win of the season.
South Carolina (16-1) has continued to buzz through SEC competition, earning the 67-50 win over the Longhorns Sunday. That win was the Gamecocks’ 51st consecutive regular-season SEC win.
