WILLMAR — Loftness is seeking a new CEO after the resignation of Jeff Reinhart. According to a news release from Loftness, Reinhart decided to step down as of Dec. 31, 2024, for personal reasons.
During his time as CEO, Reinhart oversaw significant changes to the business operations of the company, according to the release. The rest of the team at Loftness will remain with the company.

Loftness has begun its search for a new CEO. As the search progresses, the company has selected Jim Cullen to act as interim CEO in order to help ensure a smooth transition. According to the release, CFO Josh South will also assume a transitional management role.
Loftness is an employee-owned agricultural and vegetation management equipment manufacturer. Based in Hector, the company offers a variety of products including excavators, skid steers and tractors.
