Colliers | South Carolina announced Jan. 6 David M. Feild has assumed the role of chief executive officer.
He was named president in 2024 and succeeds John W. Folsom, who has led the company as CEO for 31 years. Folsom will transition to the role of non-executive chairman of the board.
Feild has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including 11 years as market leader for Colliers’ Greenville-Spartanburg offices.
“I am honored to lead Colliers | South Carolina into this next chapter,” Feild said. “John Folsom has built an incredible legacy, and I am committed to advancing our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients while investing in the communities we call home. Together with our talented team, we will continue to build on our 119-year history and drive the success of our clients, colleagues and communities.”
Feild served as board chair of Ten at the Top and is a board member of the Greenville Chamber.
He is a graduate of Furman University and Leadership South Carolina.
