Ben Affleck is one of the many celebrities affected by the horrific wildfire plaguing Southern California. After having evacuated his home, he went over to ex-wife Jennifer Garner‘s house nearby.
TMZ reports that Affleck was evacuated from his home amid the wildfire, and went right to Garner’s house. Although it’s unclear if he was seeking shelter there, or simply went over to check on his family as he shares three children with Jennifer — Violet Anne (19), Seraphina Rose (16), and Samuel (12).
Affleck was just one celebrity affected by the Pacific Palisades wildfire. Other celebrities to evacuate include Mandy Moore, Mark Hamill, Eugene Levy and more. The area is also home to stars including Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, and Reese Witherspoon, among many others.
The Hills stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have lost their home as it went up in flames. While their family made it to safety, just before evacuating, Pratt shared terrifying video footage to his Instagram stories of planes dumping water over the fire in the distance in attempt to extinguish the flames.
Firefighters have been battling the Pacific Palisades wildfire against wind gusts that reached up to 100 mph. Acres of land have been burnt, in addition to numerous homes, businesses and more.
