Original developer Daly Partners has sold its eight-year-old Dexter Hayes apartments, at 1701 Dexter Ave. N. near South Lake Union. Local buyer Nitze-Stagen announced the almost $18.8 million deal on Tuesday. Its partner in the new ownership is Long Wharf Capital of Boston.
