Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., was defeated in her bid to be the top Democrat on the <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/category/politics/house-of-representatives" target="_blank" rel="noopener">House Oversight Committee,</a> losing to Rep.
